This bus station when it first opened was ideal with it being outside the Mall. However recently it's becoming rather an awful area. Broken glass bus stands, lack of seating indoors considering how many bus stands there are and information boards that don't always display accurate information. Plus the glass exterior makes it a greenhouse in the summer and a freezer in the winter. Definitely areas for improvement needed.
Shocking they don’t turn up half the time they just think people can just stand around and wait for them all day absolutely shocking they need closing down
I realy liked the station,spacious and clean the staff are friendly and helpful
Normally nice and clean but last few times it's been dirty cobwebs hanging from roof, dust covering the arches . Need more bench space for older or injured people , and mats on way in to help with water from rain less chances of falling . Maybe some heating in winter
Waited at the customer service desk for half an hour because they decided it's genius to send the only member of staff they have on the desk for an hour lunch break at one of the busiest times of the day, writing this whilst still waiting 33 mins in, I tried to ask a staff member if they can get anyone to help and I was talked down on and told to go away, really rude staff and needs better customer service.
