Normally nice and clean but last few times it's been dirty cobwebs hanging from roof, dust covering the arches . Need more bench space for older or injured people , and mats on way in to help with water from rain less chances of falling . Maybe some heating in winter
Waited at the customer service desk for half an hour because they decided it's genius to send the only member of staff they have on the desk for an hour lunch break at one of the busiest times of the day, writing this whilst still waiting 33 mins in, I tried to ask a staff member if they can get anyone to help and I was talked down on and told to go away, really rude staff and needs better customer service.
I realy liked the station,spacious and clean the staff are friendly and helpful
Every single morning, without fail, the number 1 bus is never on time and is so random. You'll run to catch the bus in town that's just pulled up, when you board you see one, two, sometimes three other busses come flying past the parked bus. Honestly what is that about. That's a joke sort yourselves out.
I always find this service very good and never have a problem but this morning had to get the bus again as teams not running how ever had £5 note and he would not take as he said becouse Corona viras and don't want to handle money witch I thought was crazy as I got the bus few weeks ago and paid with cash not everyone has a card and yes I do know there is Corona so no not happy with the service I had this morning from driver 527406
