Station refurbishment underway bringing Blackburn beyond the 21st Century with a bank of the very latest ticket machins positioned at the entrance to the station and automatic ticket barriers to and from the platforms. A bus ticket machine and time table is situated just outside the station entrance.
Good toom ne 4 hours getting back home though to Manchester re trains & trams abd Road works at piccadilly Station
Thank you to the wonderful Ticket Office staff who negotiated our purchase of a Senior Rail Card and tickets from Preston to London in February. The beautiful lady and her colleague Ian were so kind and helpful. Just amazing and HUMAN!!!! Thank you so much. Don't ever lose these superb staff.
Some really bad workers work here at the barriers they just don’t have any customer service skills pathetic they also pick and choose who they be nice to they get paid so much money but they just can’t custom as well no smiley faces at all
