Ignorant, rude drivers and a shambolic service. Here's a radical idea: stick to the timetable. Prices go up, service gets worse.

Doesn't even deserve the one star, buses are always late and the service is shocking! I was waiting for the 152 bus for 40, late for work. Then the bus was been stationary for 20 minutes waiting for another bus to change over with. Went to talk to the bus driver and he was really rude, asked him what was going on and he explained bother other than telling me we were waiting for another bus then told me to sit down, ridiculous. The bus finally turned up just so we could swap over and everyone on the bus is late. Who's going to pay me for my hour of work missed due to the appalling service?
