Great atmosphere. Friendly and serving staff are on the ball. Music playing at a level we could still have a conversation. TV screen also.
Stayed here for 1 night and it was WONDERFUL!! The owner/manager was so accommodating and kind. Room was stylish and clean. Breakfast was delicious. We had a small dog with us and they similarly welcomed her warmly. Highly recommend!
Great pub hotel in the middle of Inverness, rooms are clean and comfortable, pub is lovely and welcoming. Staff are outstanding and go out of the way to make your stay special. Thanks for the hospitality and finding/sending back the lost kindle!
Super welcoming management and team, amazingly dog friendly treats and a mat! Couldn't have made us more welcome, great service in a beautifully refurbished bar we intended to try numerous different bars during our few days in Inverness but kept finding ourselves back at the Blackfriars as the other places we tried weren't as good.
Spent 2 nights in the hotel. They were very welcoming we had 2 2 dogs with us and they put treats and bowl in the room. Great bar too and very friendly staff
Amazing hotel right in the centre of town! The South Africa owner was very friendly and so helpful when we needed a dinner booking or wine bucket! Rooms are stylish, very comfortable and newly done up which is not easy to come by without spending three times as much. Would stay again for sure!
We stayed here for a night and had a comfortable stay and a delicious dinner and breakfast. Nice rooms and a super friendly and accommodating owner. Would definitely come back again!
