A simple basic train station that is served by Greater Anglia trains and London overground. There are three platforms at this station which are very long the station was clean and tidy and the staff there was very helpful. There is disabled access to the platforms and station entrance. There is no ticket barriers on platform 1 only. The main station entrance does have ticket barriers to tap in and out.
Its very crowded and pretty soon will be more crowded as they make new flats. People from all over have come over to Cheshunt eho have no culture, spit, and throw rubbish on the floor, with no cameras inside the carriages for added security. Gone are the days of polite excuse mes and thank yous. Nearly bumped into a heavy set man who stank of weed who told me to get out of the way, resident of the flats above Tescos.
A long platform that accommodates many people at a time, has fairly regular trains, is open to the elements and generally has a nice feel to it. It’s located right by the Lee valley which is a superb place to relax.
Nice little station in *zone 8*nVery quiet hardly a sole in sight,nWas a bit confusing where thenLondon overground trains departed from Google maps was telling me it was a 1min walk from the great anglia station which is incorrect its actually on platform 3nThere is only one station!!
