What a wonderful place! A real home away from home, from the first hello to the last goodbye it feels more like visiting friends than staying in a hotel. The location, right on Richmond riverside, is stunning and perfectly situated for the Richmond shops and restaurants as well as more leisurely walks along the Thames. The interiors are beautifully designed and maintained with the added benefit of beautiful gardens leading down to the Thames towpath. The service and food were excellent with a great choice from more casual dining in the drawing room to the exceptional tasting menu in the Stephen Edwards restaurant. Not to be missed!
The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room boudelaire was amazing with a lovely copper bathtub and amazing views of the Thames. The bed was very very comfortable. Breakfast was great, we asked if we could have breakfast in bed and were very kindly obliged. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel!
I have photographed here many times and this venue is always fantastic! The food is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and the garden and terrace have a lovely view of the thames. And it’s only a 10 min walk to Richmond town centre! A gorgeous, contemporary venue with fabulous scenic locations, perfect for romantic portraits. Overall a wonderful place! I can’t wait to go back! :-
I adore this hotel. Everything is just perfectly thought out and invokes relaxation as soon as you walk in. The food is fantastic, bar selection exceptional, staff always professional and friendly and the room viewing the river are beautiful. I cannot get enough of the bathtub soaks with that gorgeous view to jump in a robe and relax with my partner. This past Tuesday was our 4th stay and we will be returning sooner rather than later. Thank you Bingham Riverhouse! 10/10

My friends and I went for a pre-Christmas celebration dinner. After reading the reviews we thought it would be the perfect price to splurge and have a fancy dinner. At £160 per person for our meal, I can say it was nothing better than average. The five course menu looked interesting, however, the execution was not great. The best part of our dinner was our wine selection.
We had a great time celebrating my wife's 60th birthday with friends. The 5 course menu was perfect, really 8 course, even with 3 vegetarians everyone was happy and the wine pairing was fun and educational. Accommodation was very comfy, stylish and tasteful. Service in all areas was polite, attentive and charming. Very pleased. Walkability: Very close to Richmond town centre.
An interesting place to stay in an attractive location. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, the only niggle is that the heated towel rail in the bathroom didn´t work and this was not rectified while we were staying 4 nights; however they did give us new clean towels each day which partially resolved the problem although the bathroom remained rather cool. Service was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really excellent, the best I have had in this country and the breakfast room had a nice view of the Thames. However, the bedroom and breakfast room aside, the whole place is looking a bit tired and in need of refreshment. We didn't try the restaurant so can't comment on it.
On the main road so not too easy to find. Once you have its a lovely quirky place. Staff very helpful, on the river side so in the summer it must be great to sit out and enjoy the ambiance. Michael
Stayed there for 2 nights on business. Very pretentious. For the price, the room was small, no smart TV functions, you could hear through the walls, and the windows not sound-proofed. Style over substance for me in it’s entirety. The receptionist even argued with us when there was a payment issue their end on checkout. Seriously some general customer service experience is needed in this place. I usually stay at Harbour or Richmond Hill, but thought I’d give a smaller hotel a go seen as I stay in Richmond every few weeks, but wouldn’t go again. They have some nice products in the room and the style is nice, hence the 2 stars for this.
