Absolutely satisfied with the service! Very friendly staff and get the job perfectly done! I arrived to fix my gear on my commuting bike as the most urgent fix, but they were happy to fix the other issues as well (breaks, mud guards, bought a new front basket and got it fitted) as they weren't busy that morning, lucky me. Thanks Bike Zone for the nice experience.

Very nice,advised me a few times on some issues I had with my bike, but also once I needed some air in one of my tires whilst I was on a shift working at Deliveroo and these guys were there to help me. Thanks

Expensive and unhelpful and arrogant staff. Would definitely avoid in future.

Turned up just asking for some air for my tire, shop assistant over inflated it, blew it up and then asked for 15 quid to fix it

Brilliant, friendly service. I arrived 2 minutes before closing time with a puncture and knackered tyre. This was on a Friday evening when I needed my bike urgently to get to Eynsham. The staff stayed late to fit my new tube and tyre and see me safely on my way - lifesaver!
