Great service in every sense of the word. My bike broke under me this morning Cycloanalysts got my day back on track. Reasonable rates and amazingly, they had it ready in an hour and a half. Recommended.

Took in a bike which had a front wheel which refused to come off, despite all my efforts, because I needed to change the inner tube. When I came to pick the bike up it turned out that the bolt had fused and wouldn't come out at all, which they had found out after trying various methods to get it free, and even broke a few tools trying to do so. In the end they had to cut it off and replace the axle, which they were very happy to do in order to get a working bike back to me as soon as they could. They were very happy to explain what they were doing and keep me informed, and their aim was clearly to get a working bike back to me as soon as possible, which was great. Great service, and I have been there many times, and will keep going.

Brilliant quality, great prices and the most amazing service - had my crankset changed on a Saturday in less than an hour! I refuse to use any other bike shop, best one in Oxford by far. Thanks so much again for all your fab work!

Put my bike in for a basic service (£19 + any parts and labour), and was told before booking it in that I may need replacement back brake pads, which would bump it up to £30-ish. Perfect service, the pads weren't replaced because they felt that they weren't quite in need of replacing yet, and on top of that, days later I noticed that they'd gone to the trouble of fixing my snapped mudguard by drilling small holes and cable-tying it together. Above and beyond what I expected for a £19 basic service. Honest, reliable and excellent value - I won't go anywhere else.
