Humphries & Parks Mitsubishi

Reviewed a a year ago after going there for 3years to service my car always helpful and polite. Last 2 weeks trying to get some one to call me back to book in my car to run a diagnostic on the computer and no call back. Have called every day to only be told someone from servicing will call you back. I even called today to speak to the branch manager and they are yet to return my call. What a shame have normally had a good polite service with them.

Poor poor service. Had minor knocking noise from front of car so took in for review to then have repair done during device which was booked. Brought car in for service then told they did not have the parts and 4 week lead time. Tried to rebooted but no reply to any calls so I went into shop and actually managed to book in repair, but was going to be another 2 weeks ! Eventually got car fixed only to find there was still a knocking noise so have had to e-book again this time PC apparently not working so details taken and get 3rd I would get a call back that afternoon. After another week of calling every day eventually get car booked in again with another 2 week wait! Let's see if it actually gets fixed this time, only been driving with annoying noise for over 2 months now won't be buying another mitsubishi if this is the service you get.

I have just purchased a one year old Outlander which is amazing, I'm delighted with the vehicle. This is repeat business for Humphries and Parks, my wife and I bought another car this time last year, each time we have dealt with Adam in Sales who has been really professional. On each occasion we have been treated really well, a smooth and easy process which met every customer service expectation. Both vehicles we have purchased from H&P have proved reliable, enjoyable to drive and the support and back up first rate, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and can highly recommend their service.

I Really can't fault this place. The Environment is relaxing, clean, and welcoming. I only walked in there to have a look and get "sneak :)"a free coffee to dink "LoL". I ended up with a brand new Mitsubishi. I wasn't pushed by none of the staff, neither was I looked down on for dressing scruffy. Next time you want a coffee from Starbucks around West Malling, then visit H&P, you might just be due to change your car. Ask for Mike Whitfield, He doesn't make the drinks but he could share a cuppa with you. Thank you guys. Sam

Great service,friendly and helpful,and Darrell the technician was extremely good at his job. Highly recommend coming to this garage.
