Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jason, Shaun and Ollie (& anyone else involved!) in the commercial service / workshops, for their outstanding customer service. The engine seized on my Tourneo Custom whilst doing 70mph on the outside M25 and I subsequently had the vehicle dumped on them with no notice! These guys went way above and beyond what I've experienced from other Ford dealerships in the past, both in terms of professionalism, workmanship and in keeping me updated every step of the way. Vehicle now has a new engine and is running like a dream! Would highly recommend Haynes to anyone and we'll certainly be giving them all or future business. Thanks again guys for a job well done.

in the last week An absolute disgrace I brought a brand new transit euro6 and from day one I have had problems and all I have had from this place is lies I've now got a 66 plate top or the range van that no ford dealer wants to fix especially your self haynes who supplied the van and have done such a poor repair that trust ford epsom won't tuch the van and have in formed me that you had done a bad job £40k van 18000 miles now 2 cam belt kits 3 oil changes Poor mpg And now un road worthy with oil and coolant leaks And when they post under this about looking in to this its rubbish and more lies I have contacted you plenty of times from November 2016 and 2017 and 2018 so your system needs looking into Avoid people I wouldn't want this to happen to you I now have a 40k ornament on my drive and have to spend over 2k in hiring a van until trust ford epsom can look at the van You call dealing with it having to wait a month plus and having to hire a van you have got to joking good to see you as a dealer offering a solution you didn't mind taking my money tho hey
