bought 3 guitars from big deal over 12 year period and sold them 2 in part exchange always been more than happy with the guitars. Always been treated well and got a fair deal .Really nice guy to business with.
stay well away, had friends say they bought amps that didn't turn on after week use, needed repairs, once got scammed by owner who tried to bully me and my friend over electric guitar that worked for like day before it started to literally fall apart, this was well over a year ago, He didn't like that I asked for refund, 'don't come back' who there right kind would, go hobgoblin, very nice people across the road, this shop needs to be kept away from no matter how cheap the deal is...
Awesome little treasure trove of rare, vintage and just plain cool music and audio gear, the owners are lovely and polite, definitely worth a browse if you're interested in hi-fi and audio or music.
Terrible service. Terrible ownership. I would like to support a small business like this but when the customer service is as piss poor as what you get in this shop then I’d rather spend more of my money at a big high street music shop. 100% will not be going again.

Sold me broken gear then very rudely refused to refund me when I tried to return the gear. extremely poor customer service and knowledge of equipment.
