Great place when did you open at this store wear you at now ?
Awesome little treasure trove of rare, vintage and just plain cool music and audio gear, the owners are lovely and polite, definitely worth a browse if you're interested in hi-fi and audio or music.
Sold me a faulty pedal and then refused a refund. Now known for stolen goods. Unfair offers when selling to them, although I was able to sell my synth for my asking price elsewhere. Generally bad customer service, especially to younger/student customers.
Sold me broken gear then very rudely refused to refund me when I tried to return the gear. extremely poor customer service and knowledge of equipment.
bought 3 guitars from big deal over 12 year period and sold them 2 in part exchange always been more than happy with the guitars. Always been treated well and got a fair deal .Really nice guy to business with.
Very knowledgable staff with a great selection of sound equipment plus other electrics.
Great product knowlodge
Terrible service. Terrible ownership. I would like to support a small business like this but when the customer service is as piss poor as what you get in this shop then I’d rather spend more of my money at a big high street music shop. 100% will not be going again.
