I visited Superfi Leeds on Saturday and was greeted with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wayne was particularly helpful even though very busy and good for a bit of a laugh too.  It's a shame this store is closing soon but this did result in a couple of great deals on surround sound and amplifier.  I will definitely consider your other stores in future

I went to Superfi following an indifferent testing of speakers at a local competitor. This was a walk in off the street moment but was offered time and opportunity to listen to the B&W 685 S2 speakers, which just blew the previously tested ones out of the water. Having reluctantly concluded that the 685's were too big for my room I elected to try the smaller B&W 685 S2's and contacted the store to arrange a demo.  I was asked what hifi I was using and this was set up for me on arrival. I was not rushed and allowed to play several different pieces of music to test reproduction. I now have the 686's in my system and they sound absolutely ace. A lot of attention has been given to the larger models but don't overlook these. They are well worthy of a recommendation to buy or at least demo. I want to thank Kevin, Laura and Isha for their time and input. Quality service and customer satisfaction. Great job guys. I will be back
