Ordered online. Was confirmed then cancelled due to not finding in store. Still a good store though... Update, sadly they have gone out of business.

While a little more expensive than the online retailer, being able to chat to a techie or see all the option on a shelf is worth a little more. If you are planning a build be it with an AV setup or electronics build, they can not really be beat. Exchanges are easy as well if you over buy or select incorrectly.

Love this place. Has a lot of spare computer parts as well as other electronic parts. Very useful because i couldn't find stuff i need in other shops.

Good range of computer and electronics items. Best ask staff if you can't spot what you are looking for. On my visit staff were helpful

Maplin are a well known high street brand, and almost all there stores are of a high standard. Pricing is a little higher than you can get things online, but for convenience they are tough to beat.

Good for random spur of the moment electronic gadgets. Price is a little on the high side but if you just need that push to close switch and some LEDs then it's good.
