I have had two ACL reconstructions and both times my rehab have been with Beyond Health! They are the most lovely bunch and I massively enjoy going and seeing everyone each time. Their facilities are great with lots of open space, and the individual rooms are perfectly cozy : I really couldn’t recommend them enough.
Great Team with a keen interest of understanding my journey, my limitations and my goals! Katy's and Harriet's assessment and hand's on work have been very effective. The tailored exercises program is bearing fruits. Sam's running assessment has also been really useful to look at my back issue comprehensively and cherry on the top, potentially help out address running efficiency. Last but not least the receptionist at the front door are very welcoming and answer phone or return calls.
As a coach and fitness professional myself, I value high quality service and knowledge with any physios or clinicians I’ve worked with or gone to see. James at Beyond Health has incredible expertise and knowledge to help me continue to overcome injuries and niggles that I’ve sustained over the years. He’s helped manage my training goals and pain to get me back to where I want to be after a shoulder and nerve injury. With a science and objective assessment based approach, it’s been invaluable. I couldn’t recommend Beyond Health enough.
Had such an amazing experience with Aarie and Sam at Beyond Health! I came in for help with patellafemoral instability, suffering with stiffness and pain in my knees, and in just 6 weeks Aarie helped me double the strength in my quadriceps and see great improvement in my other leg muscles as well. My pain has hugely lessened and I am able to do a lot of movements and activities that I couldn’t before. Everyone who works at reception is also absolutely lovely and always made me feel very welcome. Huge thanks to the whole team!
Having had a shoulder issue, and received a cortisone shot from a consultant, I needed some intensive physiotherapy. I went to Lauren Castledine-Wolfe at Beyond Health. She was excellent. Very knowledgeable, clearly capable, and manipulated my shoulder and backed it up with homework for myself. My target was to be shoulder fit to play 9 rounds of golf in 5 days on our annual golf tour.in June. I have just completed this with no issues with my shoulder whatsoever. Fabulous. Would highly recommend her.
Dear Beyond Health Team, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I've received at Beyond Health, particularly from Madi. As a new patient managing a slipped disc in my neck and chronic pain, I initially arrived at your clinic with limited mobility in my left arm and constant discomfort, including dizziness, tinnitus in my right ear, and severe neck pain due to muscle spasms. Thanks to Madi's expertise, especially in dry needling, and her dedicated therapy, I am now almost completely pain-free and feel as though I no longer have a slipped disc! Although I continue to experience occasional pain due to the nature of my work, Madi has been incredibly supportive. This past Saturday, I was dealing with unbearable neck pain, and after reaching out to her over the weekend, she kindly arranged an early session for me today. The relief was immediate and profound—the tinnitus in my right ear disappeared after the session!!! I am immensely grateful for Madi’s dedication, talent, and kindness, which have significantly improved my quality of life in such a short time. Thanks to Beyond Health and the two physiotherapists, Katy and Harriet, I've seen there, my shoulder has been returning to health. When I first arrived at Beyond Health, my shoulder had a very limited range of mobility, beyond which many movements were quite painful. Katy did a great job of listening to me, measuring and assessing the injury and coming up with a plan that has resulted in demonstrable improvement.
The team at Beyond Health are fantastic! I’ve seen Alex and Kathryn for back pain who are both great physio’s and have been able to help me relieve my pain as well as address the underlying cause. Paige from the client services team is very friendly and helpful when organising appointments and insurance claims. The practice is lovely and modern and conveniently located to Parsons Green tube. Would highly recommend!
After 4 years of a bad back, I have finally found somewhere that is helping me address the problem to prevent it happening again. Aarie is a great physio and making a massive difference in my life. The setting is very nice, and I would recommend anyone to use Beyond Health at PG.
