Would highly recommend Physio4Life. I’ve been seeing Evagoras for a knee injury over the past few months and he has been fantastic. From the initial appointment, he was super friendly and knowledgeable, and very clear in the diagnosis. He made sessions fun and took time to explain the reason behind doing each exercise and the importance of strength & conditioning as a runner. Just want to say a massive thanks to Ev, as having had an up and down year with illnesses, the physio sessions and exercise plan played a big part in my PB at London marathon last weekend!
Physio 4 life has helped me with various injuries over the past 7 years. It’s a great place and I’ve never had one complaint . The people are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Josh Sainsbury who recently helped me with some rehab for my hip. He was very comprehensive and clear in his communications. I’d 100% recommend him.
Can highly recommend Jess for all runners needs!! I came up against a strained IT band during my training for the London Marathon. It set me back weeks of progress, I was super deflated and unsure I'd ever be able to finish the marathon. I met with Jess around 8 weeks out from race day and she worked closely with me to develop a tailored physio-running plan which included exercises and allocated resting to help strengthen my injury, reduce pain, and help me feel motivated again. Jess has ran marathons and other distance racing herself so her insight as a Physio matched with her personal running experience was hugely valued in our sessions together. Even outside of our sessions, Jess often checked-in via email and gave me advice on other ways I could support my training without impacting my injury. I finished the marathon pain-free and within my goal time frame and I couldn't be more grateful to Jess for her expertise and care both as a Physio and fellow-runner!
I've been seeing Jess Zaayman for the last 9 months to rehabilitate my hip/knee post femoral surgery. She has been the key to help me progressively improve back to normality and surpass my pre surgery condition. I have seen a fair few physios in my time and Jess has transcended previous experiences. She is very quickly able to think of creative exercises that combat my physical issues. On top of her professional abilities, she is also a really personable and kind human being. Thank you
Sadly, I have had a very poor experience with Physio4life in Putney. I have been a loyal customer for over two years coming for frequent treatments. I was unaware that when you buy a block of treatments, you have to use all of them within six months. I had very bad back ache, booked a session and was given a slot. This was cancelled by email at the last minute. They showed no flexibility and the manager and Director were not available to speak to me. I will avoid them in future - their customer service is very poor.
Jessica's Pilates classes have been a real help to me: she is knowledgeable and careful to emphasise the core principles of Pilates. She understands our individual needs and is careful to suit the demands of the class to each of us. The classes are really enjoyable; she brings out the beauty of the movements. I feel stronger and more confident, and my back pain has improved.
Izabela Skoraszewska Is best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to hundreds. She Listens to what the customer wants, focuses on area causing the issue while also extending into connecting areas. Izabela has a fantastic technique, there is a feeling of euphoria after the session. She is also a lovely person. I highly recommend Booking in with this super talented highly experienced massage therapist. I hope Physio For Life owner realises this and doesn’t let her leave!
I had a deep tissue sport massage with Judith for tension and an injury. She is an excellent therapist and works through each muscle group and the knots methodically. I will be back
Had 3 Physio sessions with Darren Kennedy, he initially treated the pain and got me to rehab the area of discomfort, then on follow ups gave ways to strengthen and prevent injury in the future, great outcome, would highly recommend!
Physio4Life have been fabulous! I had broken my ankle and was referred to Evagoras by the fracture clinic specialist. By working with him, I have had a very speedy recovery. He is incredibly knowledgeable and made a recovery plan that worked for me. The interactive exercise plans are handy as you can watch video clips and add notes if you need to. I can highly recommend Evagoras and will use him again in the future let's hope it's not for another broken ankle though!.
