I have been seeing Tracy Matthews, I am 7 weeks postpartum and experienced a prolapse at 5 weeks. Tracy has been fantastic at explaining to me what is going on with my body after pregnancy and birth, what my options are and helping me create a plan moving forward which has hugely helped with my mental health. Highly reccomend Tracy and the White Hart Clinic.
Dr Kalia GP is always very helpful, prompt, pleasant and an exceptional professional. I would highly recommend him as well as Dr Hollingworth. Really nice clinic too.

I have been seeing Tracey Matthews at the White Hart Clinic from my 23rd week of pregnancy. Tracey's was able to guide me through labour preparation as well as safe and pain-free exercise for pregnancy. This allowed me to have an active pregnancy until the very end and to deliver naturally, without tearing or other consequences, which in turn made my immediate post partum recovery a lot easier and quicker. Tracey was also able to support me in finding my doulas which was extremely helpful. Her expert and practical advice and excellent understanding of my needs and priorities were key to a healthy pregnancy and baby. I cannot recommend enough and will be back soon for support in my post partum journey.
I met with Tracey earlier this year, it was a referral from another women's physio for a pessary fitting, and have just had my follow up session. Tracey worked with me to find the pessary that would enable me to return to doing the exercise I love, and she has! I am not back lifting weights and doing HIIT classes and have my sanity back! Her knowledge is second to none, and made me feel comfortable at all stages.
I had my first consultation with Dr Sophie Ladbrooke on Friday and could not be happier with my experience. Sophie put me at ease straight away, listened attentively and conducted a thorough consultation. Her expertise and care were exceptional, and I would highly recommend.
First ever physio session to fix my ankle after taking up running after years of laziness. Samantha was very professional in taking on my case with thorough consultation and checks on my movement. She's suggested a series of rehab exercises I now found really helpful and definitely improving my ankle sprain. Look forward to follow-up sessions to work towards stronger feet and ankles!
A lovely clinic, very peaceful, relaxing and friendly. Osteopathy treatment with Charles Lim is a privilege. He has decades of experience and knowledge, highly skilled with an amazing level of precision and accuracy. He has a very gentle manner and quickly puts you at ease. Highly recommended.
