Contrary to what Google says, this shop has now closed down insolvency. After apparently closing down last weekend, nobody from Michael Jane had told me so now I’ve just wasted a 90 minute journey and waited since June for an appointment that now looks like it’s not happening - not to mention, I’ve also PAID in advance for my sessions. Who knows if I’ll see my money again…multiple women were turning up at the shop just now for their appointments and hadn’t heard anything either. Really poor customer service.

I had a fantastic laser hair removal experience at Micheal Jane. Naheed is incredibly kind and friendly, which immediately put me at ease during each session. Each session flew by quickly, and I am impressed with the results. I have 2 sessions left out of 6, but I’m already seeing so much hair reduction. I highly recommend this clinic for laser hair removal! :

I did my first laser hair treatment with a lovely lady called Naheed. I did a full body treatment and as a first timer I was very nervous and anxious but Naheed made me feel very comfortable every time I went. We spoke so much throughout the sessions that it made the session go very quick. Naheed made sure to always make me feel comfortable and relaxed if at any point I wanted to take a break. Just completed my 6 laser sessions with the lovely Naheed! I can't remember the last time I worried about shaving, my skin looks and feels better than ever. I'm genuinely impressed with how well the sessions have worked! Naheed is extremely professional, knows exactly what works best for each individual, keeps you occupied with her lovely conversations and her skill makes the whole experience completely pain free. I can't thank Naheed enough and I would highly recommend her laser sessions to anyone who will listen!!!

I have had two rounds of very painful  laser hair removal at other salons and had hardly any hair reduction. I came to Naheed here and was very nervous about how much it would hurt. But Naheed not only put me at ease with how well educated she is on the science behind laser hair removal - as well as explaining it to me in a way I understand - but the machine she uses is practically painless!! I couldn't believe how little it hurt. What's more is I had almost 80% of my hair gone after just one session!!!  The results are phenomenal, I can't believe I wasted so much time and money at other salons that hurt so much! I should have come straight to Naheed!  Naheed really cares about her clients, she makes sure you are completely safe, and takes so much pride in her work.  I'm so happy with the results after two sessions and I can't wait to see the final results.  I have told all my work colleagues and friends to come here! Highly recommend!

I’m a dark skinned woman having 6 sessions of laser hair removal with a lady called Naheed. She’s very sweet and educative, and her work is very accommodating to my skin. Extremely disappointed, wish I could give a review of lower than one star. This company has been made REDUNDANT, and did not have the courtesy to tell their clients after shutting their shop last Friday, who have then been showing up for their appointments. It's only due to one lovely lady named Debbie who was kind enough to give her number to the shop next door that I was made aware of this. I travel over an hour for my appointments and was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by this company. Not to mention the laser sessions had all been paid for already.

I did a Wowcher of 6 session of full body laser hair removal with Naheed. As a black woman it can be hard to find people want to do laser on our skin as some people don’t have the right machines to do our skin tone although it has gotten much much easier than years ago and some don’t believe it’s as lucrative to do our skin tone. Naheed was amazing and always informative - she would tell me about all about how lasers work and how many sessions for it to be very effective. I was always aware of what was being done and was always told to let her know if she needs to stop and start. Naheed always makes sure you are comfortable and informed. And oh my goodness the difference these sessions have made in my hair growth is life changing frankly - I have five hairs left collectively on my full legs! So if you are of a darker skin tone, please don’t be afraid to get laser and this is a great place to get it !

I have only had excellent experiences at Michael Jane. I have had my hair cut and am also halfway through a six session laser hair removal offer I found online.  If you are thinking of doing laser hair removal - DO IT and come to Michael Jane. Naheed is brilliant at her job. And my hair after three sessions is nearly gone - so much easier to manage.
