Holy cow. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck from being hunched over a computer all day, and visiting here made me feel like I got a new back. I did a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Kenneth and 60 with Cindy, and both are incredibly talented and professional. I cannot recommend enough. I like a lot of pressure and oh boy did they deliver. They also give you tips for after care to make most of your massage too. I will be back for sure!

I have been having deep tissue massages regularly with Ken for years. I won't go anywhere else. Ken knows my body and the issues and injuries I have had and how to deal with them. He is always very respectful and I feel extremely comfortable in his presence. I can't recommend him enough for the most amazing deep tissue!

Can't recommend Cindy and Rolle Therapy highly enough for deep tissue massage. I've had back and shoulder issues for a while owing to a desk-based job and sports injuries - Cindy is the best massage therapist I've found for unknotting the points of tension and soreness. The treatment room is relaxing and always spotless. Highly recommend!

Where do I start, first of all once you have been treated by Kenneth and Cindy you’ll never want to be seen by anyone else. Professional, affordable worth every penny & excellent overall customer service.  I have had more then one sports injury over the years & have been seen by all types of “professionals” but all that was gained was wasted time & money. Since the beginning Kenneth has been amazing in getting me onto the road to recovery. The massaging techniques he uses & different styles of stretching offered are only a small handful of many reasons why have always chosen Rolle Therapy over any other practice. I have been to many places in London & abroad and I haven’t found anyone that meets my high standards and requirements.  Kenneth is very knowledgeable and supportive when you’re going through rehabilitation, honestly he is a masters of his craft.

This is the best place for massage in Notting hill. Cindy and Ken are great therapist/ professionals. I have been doing several treatments there the past years cupping, yoga massage deep tissue and Swedish massage.  I also had Cindy for pregnancy massage that definitely helped  me so much!!!They both help me improved my shoulders pain management and my overall body condition. Also they always provide very good advice to be healthy and taking  care of my body. It is always a very relieving soothing and relaxing experience to go for an 1 hour massage. Highly recommended if you are looking for a professional qualified experience. You won’t regret it.

I recently went to Rolle Therapy Practice to have a Swedish massage with Cindy. Who was extremely professional yet very friendly. The set up was very sireen and soothing. I appreciated the clean and organized environment. I was very tensed but after Cindy massaged me at the end of the session I was totally relaxed. It was great experience and I will recommend Cindy  as she provided excellent service.  Keep up the good work

My first time here, I chose the Theraputic Massage which is in between Deep Tissue and Relaxing massage. The venue is one of those space rental places but when you walk into their treatment room, its really lovely. Its a spacious room with nice ambiance and decor, perfect temperature and soft music. Cindy was brilliant, so professional and incredibly strong. She really worked on the knots in my muscles and by the end, I felt like I had the most amazing workout but also completely relaxed. Her attention to detail is impressive, like using hot stones over towels to warm certain areas of the body while working on other areas. And when it was time to turn on my back, she placed a warm cushion behind my neck.These things really add to the experience. I highly recommend Rolle Therapy and Cindy. I'll definitely be returning.
