Story

We are a long established Osteopathy and Alternative Therapies practice on the Fulham Road, dedicated to the highest standards of care.
We offer professional and effective treatment for aches, pains and more complex problems. The practice is run by Melinda and Andrew Cotton, both osteopaths that have been in practice since 1989. Fulham Osteopaths have been helping the good folk of Fulham since 1989, and are now the biggest private Osteopathy clinic in London. Ten Osteopaths and eight alternative therapists are on our team, and they have huge experience across the board from gentle cranial work for the newborn to adult and elderly injuries, strains and wear and tear. Just simply the best! Katherine was absolutely the best when dealing with my 2 months old baby and my postpartum pain. After 2 magic sessions my pain in my hip and my leg disappeared completely. She has also worked on my posture and showed me some really useful exercises I can do at home. Katherine was really gentle with my baby, fun and easy. It seemed like my little boy really enjoyed it! Just after 2 sessions we saw some good results, baby could turn his head not only to the left but to the right as well his preference was mostly to the left which flattened his head a bit on one side. Also his sleep was much improved, which can't be any better for us! Katherine was really caring, and even gave me a discount voucher! We cannot be more happier than that! It was a truly pleasant experience for me. The receptionists were really helpful too with sending me my requested invoices and finding the most flexible timings for me. I can really recommend Katherine in Fulham Osteopaths, you won't regret.
This is my first experience with an Osteopath and Verena has been excellent. I've been seeing her for over six months now and she has helped me so much. As a yoga teacher I need my body to be working properly and now I cannot see my life without regular check ups. Verena is excellent, thoughtful and gentle. I love my sessions with Melinda! I feel very lucky to have treatments with her, my body feels great and problems I had either completely resolved or much improved! I am very close to the end of my pregnancy and I am excited for the follow up and for the baby check with Melinda. I think the work she does has incredible value, and I see it as the best way to treat/prevent many illnesses. Really recommend for anyone struggling with headaches/variety of body aches/muscle tension, and definitely super valuable during/post pregnancy as body goes through massive transition!
I woke up one morning in great back pains and half crippled. As a mere walk-in at Fulham Osteopaths, they gave me an appointment the same afternoon. 4 sessions with Tino and then Valentina, the pain had gone, and I had regained my full mobility. Attentive, responsive, professional, effective, I can only highly recommend the practice.
I've been a patient at Fulham Osteopaths for more than ten years, and regularly see either Melinda or Verena. I have recurring joint issues, and treatments help both to relieve flare-ups and reduce frequency. The whole team is skilled, thoughtful, and caring. Highly recommended.

I had a very painful shoulder which several months of physio, targeted pilates and even a session of barbotage treatment had failed to ease. In all I'd been in quite severe pain for over 18 months by the time I started with Melinda. In total the treatment took around 9 months, so it wasn't a quick fix, but I hope and believe it is a proper fix and thanks to her I am now back playing tennis and golf pain-free. Highly recommend!
Giulia was amazing - she was so gentle yet the effects were noticeable almost instantly with my newborn. He showed signs of reflux/colic, tension in his body and hadn’t really uncurled from birth, even a few weeks in, and he loved the three sessions we had. He is much more comfortable now and doesn’t seem to be in pain and colic signs are dramatically reduced 7 weeks now. Thank you - highly recommend
I came to Verna in absolute bits after the delivery of my fist born. Due to him being in an occipital posterior position A.k.a : bad position for natural birth I suffered severe coccyxodenia which meant constant pelvic pain which debilitated me from holding my son and moving from sitting to standing position. On bad days I was on 4. Verena was attentive, gentle and thorough. After just a few sessions , with delicate care, kindness and professionalism I managed to mobilise freely and am now back to almost complete range of movement . I would 100% recommend Verena for pelvic rehabilitation to any post party mOm!
Verena saw me throughout my pregnancy and was brilliant. We worked to align my body and prepare mentally and physically, which I believe is what led to a natural birth with no interventions - which is what I had hoped for.
