Decent gym, got all the equipment you need and never over crowed. Showers are good plus sauna and steam room all for a decent price. Would recommend

Great gym with Fantastic friendly staff that \are so helpful . The classes are Excellent and nice array of weights and machines . I could not want for a BETTER GYM !

From my experience, the gym is the best in Portsmouth. The staff are really friendly, professional and never too busy to help out or give advice. The gym equipment is excellent. Enthusiasm from instructors during the classes is awesome and helps you have a good session. Could not recommend this gym enough!!
