Been attending this gym for 3 years now and watched it grow from strength to strength. While the other CrossFit affiliated gyms in the area have fallen by the way side this place keeps bringing people in and for good reason. Run by two fantastic people who put there all into it. With a dance studio and showers upstairs and a whole ground floor dedicated to CrossFit what more could you ask for. Nutrition, stretch, fundamental courses can all be done as well as a perfect selection of classes run by a variety of coaches or an open gym which you can attend in your own time and allows you to do the work out of the day (WOD). Give this place a go you won’t regret it.

A great place to experience my first CrossFit box. Both coaches and regular members were welcoming and encouraging, making for a nice easy transition from my regular gym. Learnt new techniques under watchful eyes of the coach, to ensure I was doing movements both correctly and safely to prevent injury. Attentive coaches to say the least. Thoroughly enjoyed the workout, and the company. Will he back 👌🏻💪🏻

A fantastic, welcoming CrossFit gym. Carl and Claire are professional, expert and friendly. Catering for all abilities both my wife and I enjoyed the variety of classes from group sessions to sling fit with our daughter. I would say come and visit and have a go, I bet you will be pleasantly surprised! The facilities are excellent and Coaches top notch. A great set up!

I've been attending the gym for little over a year now and just couldn't love it more. The coaches are all amazing, knowledge and so encouraging, allowing all abilities to reach their goals. The community atmosphere is so nice, crossfit families do exist and its a strong supportive family here. There is a good range of equipment and the rig and lifting platform doubled in size last year which is fab!

Great gym with an amazing community atmosphere. Very well equipped with awesome staff and classes. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try CrossFit or who takes weightlifting seriously. Previous review states there is a lack of equipment but this is very untrue - it is an independent CrossFit gym (as opposed to a large commercial chain full of running machines). It is extremely well equipped for its purpose.
