Had a lovely afternoon for three ladies yesterday. We had hour long massages which were glorious! Nikki took such great care of us. We were warmly welcomed and felt so relaxed from start to finish. We waited for our treatments in the relaxation room complete with massage chairs and were presented with herbal teas after our treatments. I have to say, I’ve had a lot of massages in my life but this was up there with the best! Thank you so much Nikki. We will definitely be back.
Nice hotel. Beware of the Rain forest shower as no additional way to shower. Also bring your hair dryer as the curly cord does not extend and no suitable plug socket to use as the cord kept pulling the plung out!! Lovely bed , smart restaurant and bar and lovely service oh and a lovely lunch
We have stayed here a couple of times and have loved it! The rooms are all lovely and spacious, with modern bathrooms, like most hotels the rooms could do with better lighting for ladies who want to do their make up, however there is a small mirror in the bathroom which can be moved if required. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, and the bar staff are very attentive, and were more than happy to go off menu to make my favourite cocktail when requested. Breakfast was also AMAZING! Such great produce and good portion sizes, the only thing I would have liked more of was toast. There was 4 of us and we were only given 1 triangle slice each, but that was only a very minor issue.nThe only real issue we encountered was at the fault of another resident. It was a busy Saturday night that we came to stay, so the car park was very busy, with only a couple of parking spaces left when we arrived. The only space which was big enough for my husband’s car was next to what I can confidently say was the WORST parking I have ever seen, and that’s a hard title to earn in Aberdeen I suggest maybe asking guests with their own vehicles to provide REG details on their check in forms, so the owners can be tracked down and asked to politely move their vehicle into the allocated spaces to allow parking for other guests.nWill definitely be back!
10/10 service. Rushmita on reception was brilliant. We travelled from Glasgow for an event in Peterhead and arrived at the hotel at 11am. Rushmita arranged for us to get an early check into the room so we could get changed before being picked up at 11.45am. We returned to the hotel in the evening for food and drinks / cocktails and it was all fantastic. Food and service from the staff brilliant. Room was lovely, big comfy bed, shower was great. Breakfast next day was lovely. Will 100% stay again. Shout out to Rushmita who was lovely our whole stay helping with things.
Here for a meal on New Years Eve. Meals are great. I had Ox Cheeks, my friend Surf & Turf. They do a good range of Steaks. Restaurant Prices but food is good. Staff pleasant but at times over busy.
