Extremely unfriendly family room, glass furniture tops everywhere that is not fixed so children are able to pull them off the bedside tables. Smashed glass in the room after a glass table being placed next to a radiator so when a cold/wet coat was placed on it, it smashed. After the room was fully cleaned by three members of staff, it had to be re-cleaned as they didn't pull out beds so there were piles of glass around the children's beds! The room in general was dirty and in poor state of repair. Broken bath and leaks around the window. Baby cot placed next to plug sockets without any child protectors! Spring has come through the mattress so very uncomfortable night sleep. There was no soft close on the hallway door so it banged very loudly everytime someone went in or out. There was a large water tank right next to the room which came on at 4am. Overall very unimpressed with our time here.

Just the job - a 3 star hotel that is just that. The Hotel needs maintenance (and a closer look at safety - see photo) and the bathrooms need a deep clean to remove all the limescale. Other than that, the food was really tasty and the staff warming, courteous, and friendly. Beds are comfy and the rooms functional. Walls are a little thin. Overall (mostly) what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel.

This hotel is fantastic. It's clean the team were friendly and have a hassle free service. Room service is available. And spar. The location is in the country but also only 2 minutes to a local town with restaurants. The hotel even has its own vinyard. The rooms are clean and layed out in a classic style. The bathroom has underfloor heating although we couldn't figure out how to turn that off so if it was a summers night would be very hot in the room. Overall very much worth staying and wouldn't hesitate in coming back.

Don't judged this place by the outside look. Inside is very clasic and elegant and very welcoming. I was surprised by the appearances and I enjoyed my stay. The room a bit small but more than enough for 1 night. Try the lamb if you like lamb nice cooked in red wine, delicious. I will recommend this place totally.

Nice hotel out in the country. Parking is good and there are rooms on the ground floor. On-site breakfast and dinner available.
