Great food, but.....do not place orders through online order service. You may be offered free side dish that restaurant subsequently refuse to deliver. Very very unprofessional restaurant owner when challenged, and website washed hands of the transaction. Do not buy from here unless in cash, in person, and check your items before you pay. Shame, as food was good.

Disgusting that you driver finds it acceptable to shout at a woman on her own and intimate her while waving his arm in a threatening manner. The lady is very shook up thanks to and will no longer be ordering from bullies. This is not the first time the same driver has done this once climbing over things in garden damaging them disgusting all got was I'm sorry sorrys not good enough and its not acceptable for a man to intimaidate a lone woman disgusting

Awful .. I am writing on behalf of my aged mother (she's a pensioner who has mobility issues). She had been so looking forward to an Indian takeaway that she had me, (from here in San Francisco), seek one out, on line for her. Had i read a review like, the one I'm about to write, I would have avoided Avon Spice, Maybe I will save someone else the misfortune of ordering from here. Her food was delivered late and cold, at best some of the pieces were luke warm. The order itself was wrong. With several items substituted or just missing. Cold white rice instead of hot Pilau. The chicken was old, tough. The main dish was missing. The sauces watery, tasteless and lacked flavour.. Avon Spiceless? The rest of her order was overcooked and inedible. The birds, in her garden, were fed the Nan bread. She rang them in the hope that they would rectify their mistakes. She was fobbed off with total disregard. The conversation ending with the agitated girl hanging up on the old lady, claiming that they were very busy and now she had to go. My old mother, had been saving up to afford the £50.25 bill. She was hoping to enjoy an Indian takeaway and put some aside as a treat for herself later in the week. This week she is out of pocket. The customer service was shameful. Avon Spice's lack of compassion doesn't reflect well on the local community. We don't treat our elderly like this. We listen and try to help. So please find yourself a different Indian Takeaway. One that takes pride in it's food and has good customer service.
