Excellent overnight stay, lovely, friendly staff. We were given a beautiful large room overlooking golf course. The huge bed was extra comfy. Had room service and the food was delivered red hot and tasted excellent. The pool and spa was relaxing and lovely and quiet. The young man on pool reception was friendly and helpfull. Would definitely return. The staff are an asset to to this lovely hotel.

Had a great time. Staff really friendly, restaurant food was excellent.. Especially the burger on the main menu. Breakfast is a buffet style, but doesn't have tomatoes which I found unusual for a cooked full English breakfast. Not too far from York (used the Adwicke Park and ride £6.20 for 2 adults. All in all a great stay

Stayed during the recent bad weather so phoned ahead to check the current weather state. The staff were really helpful and informative. Have stayed many times, great parking and nice rooms.

Great hotel. Very nice. Welcome surprise. Good service Good Food. Pity Internet was not working for the 3 nights we stayed.

Best Western Burn Hall Hotel, we have stayed here on three times now. It's a lovely hotel, with good food and good service. Close to York City and Mccarthy Glen outlet centre.
