Excellence stay here, really wish I could’ve stayed more than one night! Rooms are spacious with huge shiny new bathrooms, comfortable beds and gorgeous decor. Breakfast was tasty, I had the avocado and poached egg on toast as well as some croissants from the continental buffet. Coffee was the best I’ve had in a while.nnCheck-in was a breeze and the friendly man on the desk also served us breakfast.

Staying at The Beaumont Hotel in Hexham felt like stepping back into a golden era of hospitality — a time when hotels had that personal, heartwarming touch that’s so rare today. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction came with a genuine smile.nnThe rooms were spotless, comfortable, and full of character, and the entire hotel had a timeless charm that was both elegant and welcoming. The food was simply exquisite — every meal was a delight, beautifully presented and packed with flavour. The service was second to none: efficient, friendly, and unobtrusive. It was also a real pleasure to meet the owner, who clearly takes enormous pride in the hotel and was hands-on in the very best way, ensuring guests were happy and everything ran smoothly.nnIt’s rare to find somewhere that gets it all so right, but The Beaumont Hotel truly delivered. A solid 10 out of 10 — we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Can’t wait to return!
We have now eaten a weekday lunch here on a couple occasions. Taken from the light bite section of the menu, the food has been delicious. Cooked and presented with obvious care and attention. Service from the front of house team friendly and helpful. Plus great value. Very enjoyable.
Fabulous one night stay with wonderful service, food and drinks. Thoroughly recommended, great value for the level of accommodation and food. We stayed in a superior room on the top floor, a fabulous, spacious room with its own sitting area and balcony.
An elegant dining experience in a refined space, where open windows welcomed a warm breeze—and the service and food? Pure top-tier perfection. Thoroughly impressed
