We booked 3 cottages, Cheviot, Granary and the Hemel, 22 of us staying all together. The Cheviot was big enough for us all to be together on both the Friday and sat night. I personally was very impressed with the accommodation. Plenty of plates glasses cups etc, clean tidy, lots of extras which I didn’t expect.... dish washer with tablets, firefighters, could have had more toilet rolls haha. Beautiful setting and very cosy winter retreat. Idea for a family / friends get together. Couple of things needed looking at but that’s just general wear and tear. Nothing major at all. will be visiting again I’m sure x x

Lovely location but cottage could have been cleaner. Stayed in one meant for 6 people but it would have been far too small for that number especially in the lounge. Tiny freezer section in fridge
