Great workshop service. I took my bike in recently for some work (replace BB and wheel true) and the labour charge for the work was very reasonable. They've also assisted me quickly on the spot with a stubborn tubleless tyre which didn't want to re-inflate.  Staff are very friendly too. Parts can be expensive (the BB from Madison was £60 through Pedal Heaven but £30 on Wiggle) but the guys at PH were happy for me to order the part via Wiggle, have it delivered to them and fit it. I think working collaboratively with the online giants is key to local bike shops surviving as they can't afford to order hundreds of components at a time to get a huge discount. Overall I'm glad PH are just up the road from me.

First class service, fixed my saddle which fell off while riding my bike near fleet, only charged me for the bolt, had a nice coffee FOC while waiting. Then got good deal on a new jersey get in!

If you are looking for an after sales service forget it, no money to be made out of aftersales services

Absolutely terrible customer service. Expect to walk in after something simple and be treated like a money pot. Staff up-selling has no limits and plenty of hidden mechanic charges. 

Asked to rebuild the rear wheel whilst providing perfectly good remained of spokes after agreeing only some were going to get replaced to be unexpectedly charged for a whole complete set. When asking to replace any parts of the bike you're always advised to buy the absolute top end stuff despite repeatedly saying no. 

In short, after requesting to have 3 things done on the bike none were done as agreed. Then after paying and looking at the receipt to discover several additional hidden charges for the work that was never carried out

Excellent service... frendly and helpfully staff....highly recommended.
Have taken both road and mtb in for services, very pleased with the service I recieved.
