I love this pub. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and nothing is ever to much trouble. The atmosphere is just something else. I would highly recommend it to anyone. They have some cracking entertainment on for all the family. The food is 10 out of 10 it's all home cooked none of this any microwave food. They do best lasagne I've ever tasted. Keep up the good work guys your all amazing
The pub has had a wonderful refit. The food was lovely and the service impeccable. We were warmly welcomed and treated like highly valued guests all through our visit. Charlotte, our server was fantastic.Food: 5/5
Came here today to eat with a friend for a catch up. Whilst here bumped into my daughter and grandchildren also eating. After 3 attempts to get tacos they finally got them the way they was ordered. Meals took forever to arrive. I proceeded to order my lunch of cod and chips and my friend ordered the gammon and chips. How disappointed was I to receive the meal below. Looked great in the plate till you turned the batter over which was all split down the middle and the small amount of fish the fell out was disgusting for the price I paid. Will not be ordering the fish again as it was greasy and very bland. Photos before I started eating them to show context of fish to batter proportion before I attempted to eat it.
Hosted my son's surprise birthday party here a couple weekends back. Rhianne,Dwayne and the rest of the staff team behind the bar and in the kitchen were simply amazing. My son and his guests had an amazing time. I honestly can not thank you all enough. Literally salvaged my initial "garden party plans" last minute. Parking: You can validate your parking at the bar. Kid-friendliness: Pool table and darts available.
Had an amazing time. Went in today, great atmosphere with the new refurbishment the pub already being quite electric when I entered. The bar team were amazing and very friendly, and all other staff that were working had made an effort the whole time I was there. Food was amazing, and I would order from there again. Overall amazing time and pub and hearing about all the events and shows happening I definitely will be returning!
came to the quiz on a Wednesday evening, had a fabulous time but didn't win the host of the quiz was brilliant with a good varied selection of rounds, there was also a spin the wheel game which was fun. Overall it was a great evening with a fantastic atmosphere.Food: 4/5
AVOID AVOID . This is not a review of the pub but their parking . I accident ally parked in their car park with a medical emergency as my 98 Father who has sever dementia and was feeling ill. . I thought I was in Homebase car park . The sign is directly under Homebase’s sign . I believe placed there to mislead . I never received any penalty notice and now am to appear in court with a penalty fee of over £270 to be paid . They passed it onto a debt collecting company . I can show there was no notice at the entrance and insufficient lighting to see any pay signs . I had a disabled pass as well , but I have been pursued for nearly two years for this debt . I do hope no one else has been mislead by their signage under a six foot Homebase sign and no notice of private parking at the entrance .
I very much enjoyed my time at the establishment. The food, atmosphere and overall service was astounding and really made the highlight of my stay in Birmingham. My server Zach was a particular asset and made the atmosphere that much more enjoyable. He was kind, attentive and always seemed to be willing to fulfil our every request. Parking: The parking is plentiful and accommodating to all guests
Came over Wednesday lunch time for some food with my family. Food was lovely and staff amazing especially Charlotte and Kelly. Would highly recommend. Parking: You have to put your number into a computer when you park as there is a parking eye on the car park Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and dog friendly
Have a lovely meal today for my daughters birthday There were 10 of us, adults and children., Lovely server's and bar staff, they were all really friendly. Food was really hot and there was loads of it, couldn't finish all my meal Sunday roast I was stuffed.
