Camping & Caravaning Club. Temporary holiday site £10.00 a night no electricity and toilet/showers. Flat grass field, open till the 29/06/22 @ Bradford on Avon
A very good minimum facilities site. Large , well mown grass , plentiful well thought out drinking water and elsan disposal points.
Coming in from Bradford on Avon with a caravan, wide sweep to field entrance, through high hedge immediately BEFORE the bus stop. CAUTION ON EXIT. Could help if you have a passenger to stand at the exit as bus does block exit whilst at the bus stop. Other than that, plenty of water taps. Field is flat to slightly sloping. Grass well maintained but some road noise but can be avoided by going to the far hedge. Big field!!
Very basic campsite on a nice flat field. No facilities at all but you've got all you need in your unit. Shops nearby and great walking along the canal. Heaven
This campsite is only used for rallies by various clubs such as camping and caravanning club it is walking distance to Bradford on Avon along the canal and a Sainsbury there is a bus stop outside the gate for Trowbridge and Swindon or opposite for Bath no electric hookups but a lovely large field with water taps and Elsan disposal very well kept by the farmer.
Great field quite flat well looked after, a bit scary getting out onto road have to put nose of car out into oncoming traffic before you can see, high hedge. Great people running meet
A large flat field with fresh water and chemical toilet emptying facilities, ideal for caravan and motorhome rallies. Only about 20 minute walk from the lovely town of Bradford-on-Avon and a 10 minute drive from Avoncliff, where the Kennet and Avon canal crosses the River Avon and mainline rail from Bath, a very interesting place, plus the pub, Cross Guns, worth a visit.
Well maintained and convenient as bus stops nearby for Bath & Trowbridge. The Kennet & Avon canal and river Avon within a short walking distance also the Boat house pub and resturant. Enjoy!
It's a flat field with caravans occasionally on it, a good base for exploring the area bus stops just outside on the main road, day ticket is £7 2018 bus both directions between Bath and Salisbury cheaper than parking.
Large flat and open field used for camping rallies. Very close to canal. Bus stops both ways not far from the gate. 10 mins by bus into Bradford on Avon. Can walk back along the canal to make a round trip, and there is a Sainsbury's store by the canal a 10 minute stroll from the camping field.
