Brokerswood Country Park

We had a canoeing session with an extremely friendly, competent and entertaining instructor. Everybody, including an entire group of teenagers had so much fun which is a rare thing indeed. Thank You.

Beautiful place just what we needed. Great accommodation with private hot tubs. Amazing A+++++

Not even a good campsite at moment. Squashing in holiday homes which are really close together and right next to the road. I see the TV advert also is filmed elsewhere - that is not Brokerswood.

Small, compact site. We were close to two large groups which was noisy and not ideal. On one night new arrivals came, although lots of empty plots, the large group were pitched right next to us. As other reviews have mentioned, the road next to the site can be noisy too. A 45 minute walk to the nearest pub. Activities and cafe were a positive. The instructor for the activities, Scott, was very good. Facilities ok. I'm afraid we probably wouldn't return.

Nice campsite. Second time we have visited. Fishing lake for entertainment. Play trail was mostly out of action, but a couple of good trees to climb, and lots of fungi to spot. Very friendly management. Toilets, and showers clean and working. Hot water and plenty of it.
