Never had any trouble with this salon. In fact the waxing was the best I've ever had. So quick and everything gone! Every other treatment (massage, eyebrows, lashes, facials, spray tans etc) has been excellent and all the girls that work there are lovely

I have been going to the salon for years and they are usually great. However I bought a £50 voucher for a friend 's birthday on their website. I had email confirmation of this (and confirmation of its dispatch about 2 weeks later) however it never arrived. Payment was also never taken from my account. I have emailed several times to no avail. The 'comments' section online returns an error message when trying to complain. 

Consequentially I will be taking my business elsewhere.
