I went for a sugar wax and had a rather bad experience. I was put in a cold room downstairs that felt in no way welcoming. The lady who waxed me prides herself on her efficiency with waxing but this didn't come across well in my eyes as she didn't inspect it to ensure she got everything. I was left with multiple very obvious clumps of hair that would have been seen if she wasn't rushing. When she finished she went upstairs to attend to another client and I didn't feel comfortable asking her to come back and finish the job. I read another review about the waxing being really poor quality and missing patches. Wouldn't recommend for a waxing here.

I’m really happy with my spray tan. It’s always nerve wracking going to a new place and using a new brand but I couldn’t be happier with the result and everything went smoothly when I was in there. Will definitely go for tan and to try the other treatments!

Booked and paid for a a spray tan and eyebrow tint and thread online. Following the spray tan I was told she had applied a more expensive type of tan than I had paid for and charged me extra, despite no knowledge of this prior to the tan being applied. The tan also lasted about 2 days before completely fading. Tint was on my brows for about 20 seconds before being wiped off - no tint was evident following. Had to pluck lots of eyebrow hairs that had been missed and re-shape them myself afterwards. Extremely unimpressed and won’t be returning.

Once again the talented Klaudia worked her magic and my nails look amazing. This lady has a gift. I always feel welcome at the salon and find all the team friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning for more nail art Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Booked 2 appointments for myself and a friend for an ear piercing and the piercing itself was good. When we came to pay the they charged us £5 extra each because apparently there was no free earrings left despite there being a very small choice of earrings anyway - this should have been stated at the beginning of the appointment as this service was already overpriced. Wouldn’t recommend.

Sugaring was less painful than waxing. The ambiance was fine. I finch find the beautician to be particularly friendly or caring. It all comes with the package- the environment, the kindness, attitude, everything. I didn’t feel very welcomed when i walked in. She could have put up a smile. I went for my monthly clean wax, but when i came back there were patches of hair here and there. I wished the beautician looked through more carefully, maybe have some extra lights like a ring light or sth that sort too to check again  if she could have cleaned more out.

I have had several piercings here and the staff are so professional. They give really good care advice and look after you really well during the process.

Had my eyebrows threaded here and it was the worst eyebrow threading I’ve had, especially for the price. The therapist didn’t ask at all what shape or thickness I wanted, and then spent about 30-40 seconds per eyebrow, without the slightest inclination towards being meticulous or going the extra mile. Didn’t even go a quarter of a mile! I was out within less than 3 minutes. You might be one of those people who says if you are dissatisfied, but on this occasion I just bowed out. And I’d driven 20 minutes each way for the appointment. I’ve had £3 - £6 eyebrow threads where the beauticians are so much more detailed, and put in so much more effort to do a nice job. And I’m happy to pay more for a great job, but this was paying a lot more for a lot less. This was essentially just a 30 second pluck of the extraneous eyebrow hairs with a very complacent stylist - definitely not recommended for eyebrow threading.

I had my lashes done here on the 1st of June. While the therapists were friendly and quick working, and i felt welcome, my lashes look terrible only a week later and im having to get them fixed elsewhere already. Ive been having extensions for over 2 years and ive never experienced this before and know how to care for them. Perhaps their other treatments are better but id choose somewhere else next time for lashes.
