I had a groupon coupon for Keratin treatment. Getting the appointment was absolutely no hassle. The lady at the front desk is lovely and helpful.They didn't demand any additional money or anything that other groupon places usually do. Adriana, the hairdresser has done a fantastic job in changing my unruly hair into lovely soft hair in a matter of 90 minutes. I am giving it 5 stars as my hair felt lovely after that but would still like to leave a comment that some hair types like curly hair need to be handled extremely carefully. I could hear my hair break a lot as it was being pulled for straightening. Please take care of this aspect

This is a review for Beautique in Leytonstone: Got a Hollywood wax- it was very sore and the wax was too hot. I told the lady this and she said “I was very sensitive!” I’ve had lots of waxes that have been done well before but this was sore and uncomfortable. She also stuck huge sections of wax on rather than doing it in smaller sections wouldn’t recommend or go again! Very painful!!

Woman (I think her name is Adriana) who cut my hair and did highlights was really professional and confident. I didn't trust from the beginning but she was really good. Her English wasn't perfect but if you show her photo or explain your idea what you want, she will do the best. Thanks
