Overall Ghaz's good place to get a wax but on my last occasion there, the Eastern Europe lady was rude, quite rough and had bad customer service. This therefore made me not want to go to this place again.Service:&nbsp;Waxing

A class service everytime from Fariha  I’ve been going to this shop for a while now and I always request Fariha for my waxing as she gets the job done done neatly, quickly and pain free. She’s so friendly and professional every single time I come. I’ve started only requesting her as she is honestly sooooo good at waxing. Thank you for your amazing service Fariha I’ll always come back to the shop because of you.

I have been to this salon for a few months now and I have really enjoyed my experience with the salon they have made me feel soo welcome. The person I want to thank the most is fariha she has always done my treatments and I really love her warm welcoming personality. The lady who is european she is extremely rude and unprofessional i just went for hair cut of my 2 year old daughter and she was cahrging me as if its a long hair haircut price and she started abusing very disappointed only person who is very nice is sameera the rest of the staff r truely very rude .

The Algerian lady is so kind and sweet and greets you with a smile and friendly manner. If you want the best Eyebrow shape and care go to Fariha she is the best, waxing I have also always had Fariha and one young lady both were fantastic, quick and efficient and felt cared for.Service:&nbsp;Makeup services

I had a bad experience today at your salon. The staff were unprofessional, no thank you, no smile. They then wanted to over charge without informing me beforehand even though I had confirmed the price when booking. She ripped my skin so badly when waxing it’s caused bruising and burns. Her waxing technique is wrong! She pulled the hair quite away from the skin and hardly stretching of skin. The other lady was on the phone the whole time for 1.5 hours. This really gives a bad look to your business.Service:&nbsp;Body waxing

No matter what you get done if you get Miriam you are winning. She really is a jack of all trades and puts in 10000% effort and professionalism in what she does. Makes you feel at home and goes above and beyond. She really is a credit to this salon. Absolutely love her!Services:&nbsp;Body waxing

Rude and unprofessional when I booked but because I already used them I thought that everyone can have a bad day so I decided to give them another go  Unprofessional again, shop very dirty, no oil or something after waxing my daughter’s legs were full of residues and she had to scrub them once we were back at home, they told me AFTER the treatment that the card machine wasn’t working and I had to go to the back and withdraw some cash but I didn’t have the card with me, I usually pay via contact less, so I called my husband and he came to pay! They lost 2 clients: my daughter and I decided to never ever go there again!!!Service:&nbsp;Body waxing
