Have been doing Brazilian keratin blowdries for a long time and this one has worked so well. The staff is all lovely and did a great job.They stayed overtime  and made sure it was perfect, which it was. Will definitely be back!

Nina was really lovely and gave me a really good wax. I was about an hour late for my appointment because I got REALLY lost and then my phone went flat. She was very understanding and made me really comfortable in spite of this. Had a lovely chat with her and she very diligently made sure every hair was gone. Thank you Nina!

I couldn't get proper directions as the lady I spoke to told me to use a phone app then put the phone down. When I arrived I presume it was the same lady was frosty and rude. I didn't pay very much for the cut because it was a groupon offer. However, I was a simple trim but the fringe was wonky and went I told the hairdresser she panicked and started hacking at it. I told her to leave it as I was getting worse and left. I don't usually write reviews but felt the need this time
