The worst place to get your hair did. Staff Turn around is a joke. First time I went to get my hair did by a lady called deseray she was so fake. Over charged me from what I was quoted before by her which was rather awkward as she's done the same to my mother who is a regular client there. Also the thing I didn't like about this lady was that she was discussing her staff over my head saying such mean words about them when all I could see was that they were working very hard in my knowledge. Also I noticed there was a young lady who was there for years very polite petite lady who was very pleasant but I had noticed she wasn't there anymore, which I asked Deseret and the response I got from her wasn't nice at all. But hey I could see this lady was rather fake from the get go. But overall my experience wasn't to nice at all. Staff were amazing but deseray is a no no. Which I was very shocked to hear she owned the business. Because I got more of a pleasant feeling from her staff. Which was strange to my knowledge. It's a shame because it's a black salon that I wouldn't mind supporting. But her attitude towards me ain't worth it.

They know nothing about black hair, they got the eyebrow lady to treat my hair from the time she never comb out my hair and then put my under the dryer withioit putting the right treatments I knew I was in the wrong place don’t bother

Great location on High Street, in its most popular busy area, within a short walking distance to Leyton station, less than 3 minutes walk. Nice loooking place. Its front has been partly renovated when I was there. I plan to come back soon.

I WENT WITH MY DAUGHTER FOR THE FIRST TIME IN NOVEMBER.  I WAS A LITTLE APPREHENSIVE AT FIRST.  IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS 17TH  BIRTHDAY THE NEXT DAY AND SHE WANTED HER HAIR DONE.  THE LADY THAT DID HER BLOW DRY,  TRIM AND HOT COMB WAS GREAT AND VERY SWEET.  MY DAUGHTER WILL GO BACK AGAIN.  GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

I've been going to this salon for a number of years now. I travel from West Reading so that should show  you how great they are. All the staff are friendly and experienced. They give great advice on hair treatments and styles if you need help. For me they are perfect.
