I've been going here for the past 8 years. I don't often get my hair cut, as I'm lazy. But when i do (3 times a year-ish), I only ever come to these lovely people. Always pretty happy with the service, and results.

Antonia is a fantastic hairdresser, she will tell you honestly what will and won't suit you and really cares about her work and getting the best result. I had a much better haircut with her than ones I have paid twice the price for in the past. I now live in Wembley but would always travel to Leytonstone to go back to Antonia.

Antonia is an amazing hairdresser and is always so cheerful, I always leave in a good mood and always happy with my cut! I would highly recommend hair artistry.

Not this time! I paid something I didn't ask for. Either haircut or colouring are what I really wanted! When I said it, they said they can do it maybe next time! The answer is not good enough when I think the money I paid for this horrible hair. I could do it on my own at home with a colour from boots!

Normally have excellent service and am always delighted with the results but yesterday was a completely different story. The hairdresser did not even introduce himself to me just came over and took off my hairband. I asked for the bare minimum off and some small layers on the back to take the weight off. The hairdresser washed my hair fine and then took about two inches off even though I said bare minimum (I asked exactly how much he would take off just before he started chopping but he either didn't hear me or couldn't be bothered to answer) in all fairness maybe that is better for my hair but the layers are awful and not at all what I wanted. A good hairdresser should always discuss with their customers exactly what they want and not just assume!!!! I felt like I was interrupting his day. He didnt even show me the back of the hair like they normally do just practically pushed e out the door and I felt a bit intimated so didn't say anything but am now pretty annoyed. Have to say this place would always get 5 stars before but that hairdresser needs to learn good customer service.
