Truly awful. I'd hate for anyone else to go through what I did. Booked a cut, straight into a hair wash not a consultation about what I'd like. Usually hairdressers talk to you while your hair is dry so they can see how it falls. Lady proceeded to wear disposable gloves to shampoo and consequently probably couldn't feel that the water was scalding hot. Way too hot for the scalp. I've never ever seen gloves being used in all the years of haircuts. The maroon towels that were used smelt damp and dirty. Got a haphazard awful cut in the end. Asked for layers but my long hair was hacked to shreds. It will take months to grow back so I can go to another hairdresser to fix. Just an awful experience. A royal waste of £28 and I wish I only asked for a trim or something they can't get wrong.

The ladies are lovely.  I had the same hairdresser for 8 years but moving to south woodford became difficult to go in there. I needed a Hair cut and gave it a try.  Was very good. I loved.

I couldn't be happier with the kind, polite and professional service of this place. Got exactly what I was looking for in just 15-20 minutes, and it didn't cost much, either. Highly recommended, I'll be a regular for sure.
