Lovely friendly and very clean hotel. Would defiantly stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone. The breakfast was lovely with a good range of different food to choose from. Lovely helpful people and nothing was too much to ask.

Just returned home after a two night stay at Ashbourne House, it was a brilliant stay. Perfect host, Johnathan, a lovely comfortable, spotless, spacious room and amazing breakfasts. We fell in love with Oscar too. Would definitely recommend.

Clean room, good breakfast, walking distance to Burnham on sea, very soft mattress not to our taste. Very warm welcome.

John and Gwen had a lovely stay at Ashbourne House. Our hosts were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for us it was very clean and the breakfast very good we would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone
