Batch Country House is a Family run wedding venue in Somerset. We specialise in just one wedding a day (exclusive use) and aim to provide superb local food and drink as well as a high quality of customer service. We also have guest accommodation and beautiful landscaped gardens for the perfect outside civil ceremony, drinks reception and photographs. My daughter got married here on the 22nd March and I have to say, everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. All our guests enjoyed the food and all in all we had a perfect day! Such a beautiful venue too. Thanks to all the staff for helping us ensure the day went smoothly.

The Batch country house is one of the nices place I have stayed. It has lovely large well kept gardens for relaxing in and as it is set back away from any main roads, you can enjoy some quiet time. The rooms are large and the bed is the biggest iv ever slept in, the bathroom is also large and very clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and welcoming and a good selection for breakfast.

Visited Batch Country House for a wedding and the whole day was fantastic. All the staff were really polite and helpful, beautiful grounds and scenery and the food was fantastic! Very impressed

Myself and my husband got married here on Friday 2nd March during Storm Emma. We arrived Thursday afternoon with a few of our guests and were reassured by the Batch that the wedding would go ahead the following day. Abbie was outstanding and helped to reassure us throughout the evening and build up to our wedding. She organised absolutely everything from our table plan and decorations, ceremony details, food and kept us updated, we cannot speak highly enough of her and wanted to say a massive Thank you!!! Our wedding suffered from the storm with a lot of out guests cancelling but the show went on and we were married on the Friday at 130pm. Our registrar made it, as did the cake, some determined guests, our photographer Lee Hatherall and the evening band "the Jetters" who had made it all the way from London! The venue was stunning in the snow and we feel blessed that we were able to get married! The food was delicious! And everything ran perfectly. Thank you to all the team at The Batch! James, Abbie, Hazel and everyone who made the effort to make our day happen even with all the snow!!!!! We have so many special memories and would highly recommend this venue! Wow, what can we say?! We had a magical wedding reception at Batch County House Hotel on Friday 22nd September 2017. From the first wedding show to our big day, Batch have been faultless. The day began with our welcome drinks on the terrace followed by photos among the stunning grounds. The ivory suite was spectacularly dressed with all of our own personal touches which we were able to view before the guests took their seats. All of our guests enjoyed their 3 course sit down meal and the plentiful evening BBQ. Every member of staff was very attentive and checked in with us all day. The white chocolate fountain was a huge hit with everyone - not just the children! We would especially like to thank Holly, James & Anna who went above and beyond to make our day the best one of our lives. Thank you so much for making our fairy tale wedding day into our Happily Ever After. Mr & Mrs Burt.
