A lovely hotel within great walking distance of a very nice bit of beach! This hotel is surprisingly big and the staff are extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast is very nice and the restaurant is also great. Our stay included accesses to: a TV in each room, in our room a shower and a bath, a pool, breakfast and a great, comfortable beds, nearby shops, beach and a park and a great stay. There's a huge variety of rooms, some upstairs and some down, some within a corridor and some whose doors lead directly into the court yard. Very nice! The rooms are frequently maintained and staff always check first if you are there and what you need. On the downside: At the time of booking we were not warned of a wedding which took place on our second night there. There was extremely loud music and chatter throughout the day until midnight and parking was very nearly full. Some of the rooms have a sort of care home feel and smell to them which is quite noticeable even after being here for a few days. otherwise the rooms look very nice and stylish and are well maintained! and the showers and taps here are quite unpredictable and difficult to wrangle temperature and pressure wise. There are a few other things you may want to know, such as that : breakfast ends at around 10:15, so you may have to rethink your routine if you'd like any! You're also not allowed to eat your own food in your room or on the premises, doing so could get you fined. You are advised to take your key with you wherever you go during your stay as it is the only way to enter your room after around 10, 11 pm when staff are not usually around to help. Also, although we did not rent the property for a private occasion, it is very possible! And the wedding party here appeared to have a whale of a time.
This Hotel was an amazing find, from the minute you walked in the staff were extremely polite and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean with the decor looking fresh and tastefully executed. The swimming pool was a nice warm temperature and the Sauna was a great bonus too. I wish more hotels were this good. A BIG Thank You to all at Beachlands Hotel. We will be recommending you to all our family and friends. Rooms: The spacious room 31 was spotlessly clean and tidy, coffee and tea tray, nice quality toiletries, and lovely big plush bath towels. Food & drinks: The food and drinks were very reasonably priced, the food was top quality and cooked to perfection in fact the evening meals and breakfasts were easily of 5* standard.
This was our first stay at the Beachlands Hotel and it won't be our last. The staff were all very friendly and professional.The dinner and breakfast was amazing. We had a lovely room with a very spacious bathroom .The location was great ,everything was in walking distance from the seafront to the town. The swimming pool and sauna was clean and very relaxing . Thank you to all the staff who made our stay very pleasurable.
The staff are so helpful. The room was good. The dinner was very good. And choice of food each night Breakfast very good. Good position for Beach and shops we enjoyed a swim. We will be back to stay. Nothing was to much trouble. We had ground floor room which was good for me. Next time I will ask for walk in shower.Rooms: 5/5
Warm and comfortable. Pool is lovely and wasn't busy, but looks tired and mildewy. Hotel in need of TLC and outdated for price point. Our bedroom shower ceiling was mouldy. Sadly male waiter at breakfast was quite rude and edgy. Requested no butter due to a health problem, and he made a big deal out of it and then could be heard complaining about me to kitchen staff through wall. Breakfast was nice enough, but wouldn't stay again.

The hotel in all was ok. Great pool, breakfast included. Food made to order, can be a bit oily. Pillows hard and lumpy. Very uncomfortable. Had to change rooms as the room was lovely, but mattress terrible. Springs broken and dipped where you pay down, and lumpy either side. The new room was less nice but comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was so weak and ridiculous. So very hard to wash hair after swimming especially if you have long hair. Quiet location but very long walk to the beginning of the beach. Let alone town. Advice from those out of town. There is only one Uber driver for the area, so research local cab companies unless you want a long walk back.
We stayed here for our 33rd wedding anniversary booked through booking. com , we read the reviews and they were spot on. A short walk from Western sea front on site parking a little gem. Our room was spacious and well decorated the king bed was really comfortable the ensuite bathroom was large. The Hotel itself was really relaxing with the lounge and bar areas, dining area was excellent, the garden was a great place to have a glass of wine plenty of seating and a sun trap, there's also a indoor pool which we didn't use but there's always next time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent we had an evening meal the first night you wouldn't get better in a fancy restaurant what wonderful 2 night stay. PS First time I've stay in Western Super Mare will definitely be back and stay at the Beachlands Hotel
