Fantastic service at the Bose shop in Sutton Coldfield, I pooped in to seek advise on what speaker to get and the guy helped me decide and I left with the soundlink mini 2 and couldn't be happier, the audio quality is phenomenal and it suits my needs, also the staff are friendly and very helpful and would definatly revisit!

After sales support was awesome and on NYE my sound touch wouldn't connect to my wifi through the laptop. They spent 20 minutes talking me through the process (think it was something to do with firewalls) so then talked me through alternative connection routes. All this was 2 minutes before they closed and with a screaming child in the background. Top service and very patient. Thanks

Dan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on Bose products and related PC/ MAC products going out of his way to help me with my enquiry. First class service would recommend.
