Have tried 3 times to buy brownie uniform for my daughter - closed every time. Even within advertised hours.

Discuatubg customer services ordered a plain jumper 6th nov 17 still not received it Feb 18 spoke to several people emailed etc asked for my money back in the end they are ridiculous!!

Frustrating in-store and online experience. Staff add no value at all, they’re in no way helpful. The last two times I’ve ordered online, there has been a 3month lead time for some jumpers and tshirts. They are the only uniform supplier for our school and i dread it when we need to use them.

I myself didn't purchase anything but I went with a friend what went to buy uniform for the beginning of September for her son. It was packed out in there. #Last minute  mums shopping. But It reasonably ok there was a good few children in their staff seem to know what they were doing

I hate that I am forced to deal with this company for my child's uniform!!!

Never any stock, never answer phones and the whole operation at its busiest time in summer hols seems to be run by fresh school leavers who take little interest and havent a clue what they are doing.

I'm still waiting for part of my order I paid for in August and its now October.
