Excellent. We went to pick up a gents pre-loved bike from Bay Bikes today, it having been left a deposit on earlier in the week. When we arrived it had been serviced and was ready and waiting. We had a look around as we where also looking for a ladies bike. Found what we where looking for straight away, and where told if we came back in 20 minutes it to would have been serviced and checked over, which indeed on our return it had. We cannot speak to highly of the lovely, friendly couple who are running this business. Bay Bikes have now moved to new premises on the prom. A lovely set up. We wish you all the best in your new place, and give you many thanks for excellent, friendly service. Thank you.

Wanted to buy a bike and didn’t have an idea of where to start. Walked into this store and Andy helped me make a decision. He spent a considerable amount of time with me to explain different things and couple of hours later I rode out my first bike in nearly two decades. I definitely recommend this place.

Took some wheels for a wheelchair into the shop, Brilliant friendly service, would highly recommend!!

Excellent and friendly service. Called last week for a replacement wheel, was quoted a fantastic price that beat most bike shops in the area, service was superb and quick, employees friendly and knowledgeable. Shop had an extensive range of accessories and bikes would highly recommend.
