I used to take my bike there regularly for its service. I don't anymore - rude staff, very overpriced, and the final straw was when I got there and they turned me away saying they'd "too much on.." I explained I'd travelled several miles on foot to bring my bike in and would it be ok to leave it with them til they did have time to service it. The answer was one word - "nope" - not even a sorry. I go to Evans cycles now - they are brilliant, and about a third of the price that Broadgate Cycles charge. Absolute cowboys.
