Great service - we had an inner tube issue (valve core jammed in pump!) and were sorted out as 'the emergency' and sent on our way in NO time. Highly recommended!

The guys at Edge have been brillant i was the very proud owner of a trek 6 series 2009 model from brand new i had just got home i just missed the snow then washed the bike thought i had chipped the paint work on the frame i was not wearing my glasses but met up with mate who said it was 100% a crack in frame , the person who originally sold bike to me remembered selling bike to me Mark from Eurocycles Douglas Isle of Man he was fantastic and and helpful contacted Edge trek bike shop to confirm the original sale, the original receipe would of done , keep receipes, i had recently seen my original receipe but i could not find it any where that night to take to Edge bike shop i had original log book i cried and could not sleep that night and cried in the morning too , i have had lots of help and advice so justover a week later i have new bike through the life time guarantee for frames. Trek uk were also very helpful with advice and help to do with warranty and time for claims , they say a customer if they like the product they stay with the brand , always loved trek produts. Thankyou Jamie for a great build and advice Mark for knowledge advice Nick for his patience knowledge even when i asked a couple of stupid questions i think the other fellow is Possible Dan thank you for advice help and so on luckly quiteish time of year yes great looking shop keep ship sailing chaps remember people look after your bike and it will look after you. Over all Trek UK, Mark at Eurocyles Isle of Man 5 star bike shop and The Edge Bike Shop the gents at the Edge have all been brilliant now off for night run cold wet windy but love it , peace out.

They no longer have the level of expertise to justify the sky-high prices they charge! If you need anything more than the simplest of repairs, the chances are that they will say it's not possible and try to sell you something new. I went in regarding servicing and repairing some Marzocchi Bomber forks that I bought from them about 15 years ago- they said no way a product that old would be supported, buy a new pair. I looked online and found Windwave, who said they could service and repair them no problem using genuine Marzocchi parts. Local? Go to Leisure Lakes Bikes.

As usual, can't fault the chaps at The Edge - solved a horrible clicking noise in my bottom bracket with the minimum of fuss. Tweaked a couple of other issues while at it. Top service!

I don't normally do online reviews but the team at The Edge Cycleworks Lancaster were fantastic. I called them at 10 am on a Sunday (sad i know!) enquiring if they had a TCR in stock as advertised on their site. The phone was answered promptly and I arranged to bring my current bike in and see if we could get the position matched. I was in the shop over 2 hours measuring up, swapping stems and riding both bikes back-to-back on the turbo. Nothing was too much trouble. I had my last bike 10 years so it's something that does not happen very often and they made the process even more memorable. Thank you!!
