I would 100% recommend I Cycle Electric. Superb customer service and no pushy sales tactics. Both Sarah and Ian were knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They made buying my first electric bike a pleasurable stress free experience. I am absolutely delighted with my Ampere Tourer S , it is definitely the right choice for me. If you are in the market for an electric bike it is worth a visit to their shop, they have a very good range of bikes to test ride to find the right one for you.
Very pleasant and helpful staff, genuinely interested in finding the perfect ride for you. Allowed to try a couple of bikes before settling on my Matto MX-3. Really happy with it and looking forward to getting some miles in. Would I recommend icycle? Absolutely!!!

Took my bike for wheel repair. Always do a good job. Had a look at ebikes whilst I was there. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Will go back when not raining to give them a try
