Initially I was cautious, but I've now been using the store for over 10 years. My experience is that their staff members are all knowledgeable, always friendly and genuinely helpful. They know their bikes and what can and cannot be done. I've bought two bikes from them and they helped me choose a third even though, for reasons unconnected to them, I bought that one elsewhere. They still service my new bike, of course. On a previous bike they once put the wrong lubricate on (I'd forgotten to tell them which I wanted). It was no problem. I then watched them painstakingly removing it and re-lub. Their service engineer demonstrated more patience than I would ever have had! This Lancaster retailer is worth going out of you way to use.

I've been moutian biking for over 10 years usually 2/3times per week I've used many shops and friends to help with my bike maintenance, then about 18 months ago I was recommended to try Leisure lakes in Lancaster. It was like a breath of fresh air they Look after my bike like it's there own. Amazing work every time. Good on price great on service. Pete and his team always make it there main proirity to make sure your happy. I've had a new bike from there too, same great service I've come to expect. Thank You guys

Great service, did the bride service to two bikes, went the extra mile to sort an older spec bike and kept up good communication. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a bike and accessories from Leisure Lakes after extensive research , found them to have great range, excellent customer service, very well-informed and professional staff (Especially the manager Pete) whilst being friendly and approachable at the same time .Highly recommended .
