Used for a service and MOT. Excellent service, everything fully explained , fair price, collection and delivery a real help. Would definitely use again.

Took my vehicle in a while back for a steering issue. Car was booked in for 9 am and dropped off promptly. Fault was then not diagnosed until 1:45pm after a test drive and the fault was a broken coil spring. Why the car was not checked on a ramp before a test drive is unknown. Two new coil springs could then not be ordered in until the next day due to the order time being after last deliveries. Car was then not fixed until 4:50pm the next day!! So a total of two days to fit two coil springs. To add to the insult, was also charged half an hour's labour for a test drive and given back a broken key fob! £400+ bill to replace to coil springs is extortionate.

Popped in as I broke he aerial on our Ford Focus. The young lad working there really helped me out to get it fixed within an hour!
